Description
I have a bunch of Rush albums, posters, and collectible items that I'll be putting on Ebay over the next week. These are all from my personal collection and I acquired most of them 10-20 years ago.
Up for bid is a Rush 33rpm 12" vinyl album - Permanent Waves. This one is special. Japanese import with OBI strip (intact) and the original "Dewey Defeats Truman" cover that was later recalled by the record label. This is also on the rare Sony/Epic "black" label Japan. Vinyl = M-, Inner Sleeve = M, Outer Sleeve = M-. Outstanding condition and a true collectible item!
I'm old school when it comes to grading vinyl, so here's my grading scale:
- M (Mint) = like brand new, no scratches on vinyl or jacket
- NM (NearMint) = like new, very few (if any) faint scratches or scuffs
- EX (Excellent) = few faint scratches/scuffs, signs of minor shelf wear or bends in jacket
- VG (VeryGood) = moderate scratches, moderate shelf wear, minor wear or minor torn edges of jacket
- G (Good) = moderate to heavy scratches, moderate to heavy shelf wear, moderate wear or torn edges of jacket
