The first Rush album. I looked up the edition a while ago and I am pretty sure it's first or second. I will look it up again and add what I find. As I continue to sell vinyl here on eBay I am trying to get the word out that the supply of some of the more popular vinyl is changing. In many major markets this and many of the albums I own are becoming hard to find in the public. Most people who wanted to sell their albums have already done so and the renewed interest in vinyl has them disappearing. I did the research in person at the big shops in a major metro area before I started selling my albums. Supply and demand have changed and I am seeing prices rising on albums like this one. I am not selling this at the highest price I have seen. I am looking to get a fair market price.
And I have said this before but it's worth repeating. Doesn't it feel better when you purchase an album from the person who loves the band and the music and treasured their purchases? That is me in a nutshell. I sometimes was allowed to skip school to buy new albums. My mother would drive me 50 miles to Plattsburgh, NY. I grew up in the Lake Placid area. I am a musician and release albums under Frank Porter. If you search for Frank Porter Favorites you will find me. I am in all the places you would expect to find music. So you see, I am about as passionate as they come about music and when you buy an album from me you are also getting the good vibes attached to the album. One thing to consider is that the price of this album is going to rise as more band members pass away. I am not asking for that to happen. I love those guys. It does mean that the value will increase however which makes this a good purchase.
