Shipping: We do NOT ship to the Russian Federation, Brazil, Italy, France or the Middle East, thank you for understanding. For our international customers, we ship USPS First Class International Shipping. Shipping for one LP starts at $20.00 and then calculated by weight to your address. Regarding international combined shipping, we add $3.00 per record up to 4 pounds of total weight, at which point we required to use USPS Priority Shipping (for international orders of 4 and 5 LP’s, we charge $3.25 per extra LP after the 1st due to the extra weight & packaging needed).  For double albums and related items (triple LP’s, box sets, etc…) each individual LP is counted as a single LP for weight purposes.

For Canadian customers the international rates are the same except that the first LP starts at $13.50

For all orders totaling $250 or more, additional shipping charges will be added. For the contiguous 48 states customers shipping will require signature confirmation. All export customers will have to be shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail regardless of the total weight of the order. If shipping quotes are needed prior to placing an order, please contact us via email.

We pack our records in standard record mailers with the addition of extra cardboard fillers. For opened LP’s, picture sleeve 45’s & 12”s, we will separate the jacket and the record to prevent seam splitting, even if it has already occurred.

Grading:: all records are graded visually unless we say it was played. We follow Goldmine style grading. Grades are independent for the record and the jacket/sleeve/cover/box.

What my grading means:

NM Looks unplayed or perhaps played just a few times. The cleanest grade I give. 

VG++ (same as EX) Very light surface marks often from the inner sleeve that do not affect play. Perhaps a very light tick or brief moment of barely audible surface noise at the very worst. Overall a very clean record.

VG+ Light surface noise during a quiet moment or two. Might play with a few light pops here and there but nothing sustained over more than a few seconds. 

VG Surface noise is more pronounced or more frequent than in a VG+ record, but never skips or overtakes the music. Might play with some light pops or ticks for a minute or two at a time. Still an enjoyable listen.

VG- A filler copy. Will play with louder pops or ticks than a VG record and surface noise might compete with the music during the quieter moments. I will only offer a record in this condition when its scarcity demands. 

I offer free shipping on all additional LP's going media mail within the U.S. in the same shipment. No matter how many LP's you win shipping is $3.95. Domestic Priority mail is also available but please ask for a quote.

Shipping to Canada is $13.50 for one LP and $3.50 for each additional LP. Everywhere else in the world is $20.00 for one LP and $4.50 for each additional LP. Packages weighing more than 4 lbs. (6 or more LP's) will need to be shipped Priority Mail International and may be subject to slightly higher rates. Please email for a quote if you have any questions. (When you ask for a quote please include the destination address.) Double LP's count as two records when shipping. Invoices will be sent within hours of an auction's close. 

All records will be shipped in standard LP mailers with cardboard fillers so rest assured your record will arrive safely!
