‘Neo Geo’ is a 1987 album release by revered Japanese musician, composer and actor Ryuichi Sakamoto, who shot to fame in the late 1970’s as a member of the ground-breaking and innovative Japanese synth-rock group ‘Yellow Magic Orchestra’.  His solo recordings and film soundtracks are equally as impressive and this album is no exception.  Co-produced by Sakamoto and the legendary Bill Laswell (who also co-writes and appears on the album), album also features Iggy Pop on the single release ‘Risky’ and a who’s who of musicians playing on the album including Bootsy Collins, Sly Dunbar and Tony Williams.  Housed in original picture jacket in excellent (minus) condition – a couple of light creases on the front cover top and bottom RH corners.  ‘Sample Copy Not For Sale’ sticker on rear jacket top and original hype sticker on front top left corner.  Contains an inner sleeve with lyrics to ‘Risky’ – inner sleeve in excellent condition.  Vinyl LP is in excellent condition (460095 1)
