Description

S Balachander Marvellous Melakarta Melodies Indian veena 12x EMI LPs - Vols 1-10 were autographed in 1979 personally for the buyer in India. Condition: Vol.1 has some marks Side 1 and a small scratch Side 2, fairly noisy surfaces. Vol.2 has some crackle. All the others are in very respectable condition, a little dusty but clean and shiny without scratches and although variable, with fairly minor surface noise. They look rarely played if at all. Outer edges feature a little crackle but that soon improves during play. This is an extremely rare set of historic recordings, especially as they are mostly autographed. For the serious collector of Indian Classical music. More nicely priced quality interesting and rare items in my store Julculture.
