1st original 1957 US mono pressing with 47 West 63rd New York 23 address on both clean labels

Deep Groove on both sides

Wearless spindle hole

Matrix / runout (Side A)  : BNLP 1561-A and "ear" engraved by hand  

Matrix / runout (Side B) :  BNLP 1561-B and "ear" engraved by hand

RVG machine engraved on both sides  

Visual grade

Side A: VERY GOOD

The playing surface of this thick, very heavy vinyl shows one needle mark almost all along the side and some, more or less light sleeve hairlines / scuffs.  With NO groove wear

Side B: CLOSE to VERY GOOD+

A minor amount of thin scuffs on the third track and few, extremely light, tiny, sleeve hairlines, more or less hardly visible under a strong bulb lamp. Both noted above flaws are virtually unfeelable ! 

PLAYS MUCH BETTER THAN IT LOOKS !

Audio grade

Side A: EXCELLENT +

Excepting a light background rustlin' /tickin' softly feelable on the third track, well below the music level and not affecting the listening experience, plays very well with NO other blemishes of any kind! With NO clicks, NO skips

Side B: VERY CLOSE to NEAR MINT

Plays very well with NO noticeable blemishes of any kind! With NO tics, NO clicks, NO skips, NO surface or background noise

Superb high fidelity sound !

Cleaned with CLEAR AUDIO VACUUM MATRIX using its PURE GROOVE professional solution

COVER : VERY GOOD

 1st original solid, laminated front, cardboard rear jacket

The front side retains its striking and bright original shape and is graded as such (VG) because of:

missing paper (1,5") in the middle of spine with repaired minor flaking

repaired split (2") to the top seam

minor consumption to the corners

insignificant, hardly noticeable hint of laminate lifting near the right corners

Wearless bottom seam with NO split

With NO ring-wear, NO dog-eared corners, NO tears, NO writings, NO stamps, NO holes

47 West 63rd New York 23 address on the back side graded as such (VG) because of more or less evident aging spots, over all around the edges
