US buyers:

US flat rate : $3.00 for the 1st press kit & $1.10 for each additional.

Airmail (outside the US):

Canada : 1st class mail : $5.25 for the 1st press kit & $1.10 for each additional.

Airmail to all other countries : $8.25 to $12 depending on weight. Most kits will be only $8.25 but those with larger booklets can be more. Each additional press kit will be $1.10 but I give shipping discounts for larger orders. If you need to know the shipping for a specific kit, please email me before bidding.
