DESCRIPTION: Back in 1954 when this record was made, Bunny Paul, a female singing star, was the main attraction of this record. She is headlined on the label, giving second billing to the Harptones. How times have changed! This is now a rare Harptones disk. The B side is now considered the A side, solely because I'll Never Tell is a ballad and shows off the Harptones' great style despite Ms. Paul's voice having the leading edge. It's a great song, and the group, along with (ahem!) the voice of Ms. Paul, come up with an excellent recording! The A side was really Honey Love, and this record was released at the same time the Drifters released their famous hit. Of course, it was a no-match affair since Ms. Paul competed as lead of the Harptones with Clyde McPhatter's honey voice as lead for the Drifters. Nevertheless, Bunny Paul and the Harptones do a bang-up job with Honey Love--enough so that this record is today a hard-to-get collector's item! You won't find another copy of this disk in as beautiful condition--if you find it at all. Buy now!
CONDITION: The record has a very minor sleeve scuff on one side and a light juke box scuff on the inner blank surface of the other side. The disk has practically all of its luster despite the record being stored for 30+ years. Looks very close to new and plays absolutely perfect! Great disk!
THE LAST STRAW: I can’t believe this FANTASTIC and RARE record didn’t sell last week! It's one of the Harptones' scarcest records, and lists for up to $200. Well, I guess there’s only one remedy for that. For one week only, I'm lowering the price--but for one week only, so you'd better bid now! CHECK IT OUT!

If a record is discovered to be, for instance, a second pressing instead of a first as advertised, I will refund the money. If I have graded a record higher than it actually is, that is reason for a refund.
