Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on: TITLE & ARTIST: "The Best of Sam & Dave" - by Sam and Dave on the Japanese Atlantic/Warner Pioneer Records label (P-6149A), in original stereo sound, released circa 1975-80 (my best memory). CONDITION: JACKET - Near Mint (Jacket has virtually no wear, and includes original Obi and inner page with lyrics in English and Japanese - please see actual album in photo); VINYL - Near Mint (Atlantic/Warner-Pioneer Record's shiny and glowing vinyl has no visible marks - Visually Graded under custom spotlight). SPECIAL FEATURES: Very rare '60s soul classic album, reissued from original master tapes on pure virgin Japanese vinyl. In my opinion, this is the finest reproduction of this wonderful music that is available anywhere. I bought this record new and played it one time to record it to cassette tape. Fine insert information. Stunning overall condition. Superb warm LP sound. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
