SAM KINISON LOUDER THAN HELL Vinyl 25503-1 Warner Bros. 1986 STILL SEALED MINT!!. The Debut First album by the late, great, Comedian and Actor SAM KINISON (Born Dec. 8, 1953 and Died in a tragic car accident, April 10, 1992.). Recorded Live in 1986 at The Comedy Store, Los Angeles, California, and some 14 other Comedy Venues on his 1986 US Tour (see photo.) Album is in MINTY STILL-SEALED condition, A COLLECTOR’S ITEM from the, “Leader of the BANNED.” There is a “saw-cut” mark, front top-left near the corner. Shrink wrap NICE-AND-TIGHT (LOL! Mr. Kinison most-certainly would have a “remark” about that!! Haha!) Album is “flat, straight,” no rips or tears in the shrink. A beautiful copy for the Comedy Collector and the Vinyl Collector. MASTERED by Bob Ludwig at MASTERDISK, NYC; PRESSED at Specialty Records Corporation, Olyphant, PA—so you KNOW this is a TOP sound recording.

Sam Kinison was a former Pentecostal Preacher, and was famous for his sudden “TIRADES” (sounds somewhat like ME! Lol!) and trademark “SCREAM!!” all-of-a-sudden, during his comedy routines! I remember this well! Apparently his inspiration for this was, as-mentioned, Pentecostal Preaching / “Charismatics.” He supposedly got the ideas for a lot of his material from his two ex-wives. Sam was friends with Robin Williams, Jim Carrey and Rodney Dangerfield, among others. He met Robin Williams and Jim Carrey at The Comedy Store in LA, near the beginning of his Career. He started-off in 1978 and performed until his untimely death in 1992. He was married to his 3rd wife Malika Marie Souiri in 1992. She was also in the car accident but survived. Mr. Kinison first appeared on TV on Letterman in 1985. He had 5 Record Albums, this one here, Louder Than Hell was his first; his 5th, 1993’s “Live From Hell” was released posthumously. He was in several movies: Back to School, Three Amigos and Pauly Shore Is Dead (LOL Pauly Shore!) among others. Many TV appearances, such as Married With Children, Tales From the Crypt, Charlie Hoover and In Living Color —an early 90’s FOX conedy program. Tracey Ullman was on that show a lot, and Jim Carrey!! He played the “Fire Marshal!” Hahaha!! You younger kids don’t know what you missed in those days! Hey, there was no internet, no phones etc. It was a different time but good times, good times. Jennifer Lopez “J-LO” was one of The Fly Girls on In Living Color. They were Dancers who were regulars on the show (let me tell you, she was HOTTT in those days!).

Sam Kinison was also on The Tonight Show (with Johnny Carson—Leno only filled-in for Carson in those days—but he filled-in plenty), Late Night with David Letterman (already mentioned), and of-course, Saturday Night Live. Mr. Kinison had a Grammy Nomination in 1988 for “Wild Thing” from his album “Have You Seen Me Lately?” and WON A GRAMMY in 1994 posthumously, for Best Spoken Comedy Album, the previously-mentioned “Live From Hell” 1993 posthumous Album release. THAT SAM KINISON SCREAM!! It was funny-as-Hell!
