This record is in very good condition. It has a few spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs or staining. There is very little wear around the centre holes and overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape but with the few spindle marks as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep or major but do have signs of use, age and handling. There is sleeve scuffing, light thin lines and a lot of faint wispy lines showing when angled. There is also a slightly heavier looking scuff to side 2. This, nor any of the marks can be felt and although the record is clearly used it has nothing major or life threatening.
I play tested the record and it played well overall. It lays flat and there is little to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced has no skips or sticks and no loud or prolonged clicks. There was the odd light splutter of surface noise in places, the occasional noise or pop and light general interference in parts. I found none of this at a level to be disruptive however and overall it plays well enough. It was an enjoyable play test with audio that would certainly grade at least 'VG'.
The front laminated sleeve is in very good condition. It has some wear, creasing and rubbing to the edges but the text along the spine is still legible. There are no splits, tears or scuffs and the sleeve is still solid enough structurally. It does have signs of its age however with ring marks showing on both sides but, laminate creasing to the front and age related grubbiness/discolouring to the rear. There is also a red smudge to the rear left side area and general marking. Overall a solid sleeve but one that does have signs of age and handling as I have tried to outline. I have tried my best to explain the sleeves condition, but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It contains its original inner but this is tatty and so the record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
