Description
Up for sale in this auction is a very rare LP, an ORIGINAL/FIRST PRESSING from SAMHAIN! Entitled "Samhain III - November-Coming-Fire". This is an ultra rare original pressing (pre-UPC) on black semi-heavy vinyl pressed by Plan 9 and Caroline with both addresses on the back of the jacket. Long out of print and very hard to find this original pressing COMPLETE with the original printed folded insert. Vinyl looks incredible with extremely clean center labels and bright, fresh and glossy vinyl with only a few minor signs of use and wear. Rated extremely conservatively at VG++, I'd say it's somewhere between VG+ and EX audibly with no large pops or endless loops present. Sounds fantastic. Insert is in EX condition with little to no wear present. Jacket is in VG++ condition and is still in the shrink, slit open. Shrink has gotten tighter over the years and has pulled in the corners a very minuscule amount. Bottom right corner has a tiny tiny dog ear/stub. Right side of jacket has some light and faint wear from where the sleeve was exposed from the shrink being slit. Left corner has a very faint and extremely minor crease but is visible in the correct lighting (not as if the record was bent or anything like that, just a result of movement or how it even shipped originally). Very rare and hard to find in this condition! Incredible for any Samhain or Danzig fan!

Recorded at Reel Platinum, Lodi, NJ.First pressing with both Plan 9 and Caroline addresses and logos on sleeve. Included folded insert sheet with photo collage on one side and lyrics on the other.
Pressed on thick opaque vinyl (approx. 160gram).
This version has a pressing flaw which causes a skip during the first track.
The guitar riff in the bridge to "Unbridled" was taken directly from the cartoon theme song for "Courageous Cat And Minute Mouse"

- M Mint - Perfect in all ways.
- M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
- NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
- VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
- VG+ Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
- VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
- VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
- G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
