  • A SIDE RUNOUT: PL-904-A TR Pa 6.84
  • B SIDE RUNOUT: PL-904-B-1 TR Pa 8.84
  • EDP STAMPED ON BOTH SIDES
Sleeve: EX+ (glossy, slight ring wear at top of back - just above the S in Samhain)
Vinyl: VG+/EX - the last track on the 2nd side, Archangel, is closer to VG, which is weird because I never listened to that song.

Additional information about this pressing:
We think this was one of the ones that Glenn and the band pressed themselves late one night before tour.  The back story, from Discogs:
"The band needed records to sell for their tour. They called, but no answer. So they drove up to Long Island and arrived after the pressing plant had closed, but saw the owner's car, banged on the door and Glenn said, "You promised us albums. We are not leaving until we get records. Today." There were no staff present, so Glenn, Steve, the owner, and a friend of the band "turned all the machines on" and pressed records."
This record was sold on tour, it did not come with a lyric sheet.  I either bought it directly at a Samhain show or at Mad Platters in Yonkers, NY in 1984, I'm not sure.

Looking into it a little more and talking about it w/the fiendcollectors.com guy we think this was pressed before the white version, and thus is extremely rare.

Update:  a comparison of the a-side and b-side matrix alignment (1:30) has determined that this was pressed at the same time as the other black, marbled, and streaked copies that were pressed personally by the band pre-tour.
