SAN 107 1st White Angel 1ED Requiem Cluytens Dieskau, De Los Angeles HEAR Sample

SOUND SAMPLE AUTO STARTED WHEN YOU OPENED THE PAGE, TURN UP THE VOLUME... and have a READ . 

Sample is of opening 2.5 minutes from each side to show how clean these crucial areas are . The record has only a very few very fine paperscuffs visible in sunlight only, and the only real sign of play is the slight dulling of the metallic gold label due to fingerprints on the metallic ink. This record has no effect from any small marks visible, all plays as same quality as this sample.   As you can hear,  very clean, the rest plays no worse than this. just a couple of soft tics near opening area of both sides, not distracting.

CONDITION REPORT BELOW .

First label for this edition , is the white angel with the metallic sheen on the gold label, SAN 107 a very hard to find and wanted recording.

Summary  

LP Rated NM well you can hear how clean it is, it just has a sunlight visible fine spiderline scuffs.

Label Has a few a couple of fingerprint tarnishes, but no other marks or spindle wear.

COVER- NM Minus...Black rear of gatefold shows just a HINT of rubbing, but WOW THIS IS CLEAN AND STRAIGHT for  50 years old cover.  mild rubbing on the reverse black lamination,  ONLY fault really with cover is lamination right along length of spline has a small seperation from the card, but not torn,  (See supersize photo's) NO OTHER EDGE WEAR OR SEAM SPLITS, bottom shelf edge as new, opening edge not feathered or damaged.

INSERT BOOKLET Glued to inner gatefold, the glue has stained the spline area, visible in photo's. Glued into gatefold is as supplied by HMV. Three other copies of this edition I have seen were likewise stained on the spline by the fixing glue.

INNER Dust Jacket VG some creases but NO tears or splits, unfortunately numerous pen marks where previous owner has doodled notes to themselves including "1963"  and "OK"

I think as an overall package, even regarding the pen marks on inner dust and spline glue stains on booklet, you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner looking AND SOUNDING copy of this rare and sought after issue.
