SANDIE SHAW - Reviewing the Situation - ORIGINAL UK VINYL LP PYE NSPL 18323 - 1969
Sandie was still under the 'Puppet on a String' cloud when she released this album and therefore it didn't sell well. A shame as it is a beautiful album with some amazing covers of Dylan, the Beatles, Stones etc., with the psychedelic influence of the period.
Considering the flimsy, non-laminated quality of the gatefold sleeve it is still in excellent condition with slight signs of ringwear, more noticeable on the back. It is a centre opening in the gatefold, and at the top and bottom there is rubbing wear (see pictures). The labels are very clean with one fine spindle line on side two. The vinyl is in excellent condition with no marks or lines visible, no scratches, sticks, jumps or warps and plays near mint.
A low starting price and no reserve.
