Description
Welcome to the next batch from my extensive collection to look for new homes, this is an excellent condition copy of the Island records release of Sandy Denny's album Sandy. Released in 1972 cat no ILPS 9207.
1st album, 1st press, gatefold sleeve with the full lyrics inside. 2nd variant A2U/B2U matrix, pink rim labels. Absolutely lovely copy of the self titled album from the ex Fairport Convention singer, who also provided vocals for Led Zeppelin's 4th album. Sleeve in lovely clean condition, colours in gatefold lyric section really bright and clear still, only marking down for mild ring wear and couple of very minor corner bumps. Vinyl is virtually spotless, clean and shiny with just a couple of very wispy hairlines that I can see. Fantastic upgrade copy.
I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes. Any exceptions to this will be noted, the pictures were taken on a high definition camera that form part of the description so please check and ask if not sure.
