Sandy Denny's first solo album is a gorgeous mix of British mist-covered folksy tunes, medieval aesthetics, a touch of superstition, a few witches and wizards here and there, just a whiff of dried bat wings,  the incredible backing band comprising of some of the greatest British folk and folk-rock artists assembled in one place, and on top of it, the great, smoky, jazz inflicted , soulful, inimitable, only-one-of-a-kind voice of great, late, Sandy Denny. These are the basic ingredients of this majestic, mysterious 1972 album. Simply ambrosia for your ears (brains, too). The cover alone - showing Sandy divining the coffee beans - is worth a million spells, er…words. One of the greatest pieces of British Folk-Rock revival, not to be missed. (b)          The record is believed to come in its original stock inner sleeve.

(c)             The record is  apparently pressed on a beautiful, thick, inflexible vinyl, which was usually used for the first or very early pressings. Usually, the sound on such thick vinyl pressings is full-bodied, vivid, and even dramatic. Do not expect to obtain such a majestic analog sound from a digital recording!

(d)          Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!
