Description
Original demo of the song Johnny Angel by Sandy Stewart. This is a one-sided acetate at 78 RPM,
presumably from around 1959. The label shows the publisher as Sequence Music, the same as on the first
commercial issue of the song by Georgia Lee (Decca 31075). By the time of Shelly Fabres’ hit, the publisher was Post Music.
The Sandy Stewart recording is available on various sites to hear (not taken from this record).
Record plays VG+ (or better), with some light surface noise but no scratches.
Cover is thin generic Presto Recording Corporation sleeve, with a title sticker as shown.
