DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : just a little rubbing on one side of the spine, otherwise Superb..laminate tight..nice and clean ..other edges and corners sharp: EX-
INSERT: Superb..no seam splits or tears..lovely and clean: EX+
VINYL: Beautiful...just a couple of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..lovely surface sheen: EX+
LABELS: Both Superb..no spidering visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied. I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
