SOUND SAMPLE AUTO STARTED WHEN YOU OPENED THE PAGE, TURN UP THE VOLUME... and have a READ .   

NM  UK LP's / VG+ BOX   

+ original (optional) libretto book and Verdi Falstaff story of the Opera book (2 books)

FULL replay, THIS is very clean,NO  paper scuffs visible in Sunlight. Photo's  taken in outside overcast light and flash, and nothing is visible to me or the camera. Only a few of the softest pips generally on these lp's .

All pressed in the early 1960's and weighed at 150 + gms per LP

 This is  the ONLY  SAX 2254-56 I have seen in Australia.

SAX 2255 SIDE  3 YAX 18 -5   AND SIDE 4   YAX  19 -5

SAX 2256  SIDE 5 YAX 20 - 8  AND SIDE 6   YAX 21 -12

COVER CONDITION   VG+  and it is quite neat. (not even the usual brown staining along glue edges near seams or laminate!!!!) Only minor blemishes are-

1. some chew marks by insects in grey box covering, see photo's of box rear, also some small areas on top and closing edge of lid, but no rubs or cornersplits

LP CONDITION Near Mint  SEE Photo's,Can't even find any  faint spider web scuffs even in sunlight, play test has only infrequent pips and tics as per normal vinyl replay BEAUTIFUL, AND THE DYNAMICS ARE GREAT

SOUND SAMPLE GUIDE First 2 minutes is of opening side 1, then I trfr to the side 6  at 2 minutes 12  seconds, WHICH IS THE REMAINDER OF THE 5  MINUTE 52  seconds SAMPLE IN TOTAL.

booklet (Libretto) which was an optional purchase item priced at 6 shillings, is in Excellent condition , only some cover thumb bends.  NO tears or other damage. INSERTS to pack the box, 2 pieces of cardboard and 2 pieces of 'tracing paper' are still in the box.

BE aware the sound sample talked about IS A LOW SAMPLE RATE AND accentuates treble (Hence more static crackle that you DON'T hear through your Hi Fi) and is low quality, but you get the idea.
