DONIZETTI "Lucia Di Lammermoor" (Columbia SAX 2316 and SAX 2317) original UK 1959 stereo 1st pressing (deep groove blue & silver label) – pure valve sound!!!
ULTRA RARE MARIA CALLAS double vinyl set!
Philarmonia Orchestra and Chorus, dir. TULLIO SERAFIN
Records in lovely shape, sleeves are flipback front laminated, printed by Garrod & Lofthouse.
An essential addition to any rare classical collection!
You also receive 2 CD audio set (wav 44, 16 KHz, 16 bit) containing LP’s digitally restored version!!!!!! (so you have a LP’s professional backup)
CONDITION : VG+/VG+ (Sleeve/Record)
DESCRIPTION : disc 1 and 2 have a few very light surface scuffs (definitely not scratches you can feel in any way), not affecting playback. Audio playback is great. Labels are pristine. Visually excellent condition plays with some minor background noise but not intrusive on the music there is no skips or repeats. Sleeves are in excellent all round condition, some minor discolouring on un-laminated reverse. Complete with original "Important EMITEX" poly-lined innner sleeves. All round lovely set!
Please remember that ALL LP's, regardless of condition, will have an occasional light "tic" and should be cleaned by a VPI (or equivalent) professional LP cleaner. In many cases, a simple damp cotton cloth, used VERY carefully, will clean LPs sufficiently.
Feel free to ask for additional photos of the record. Please email me if you would like to have additional pictures sent to you. I take a lot of pictures of the lps I list but do not include them on the listing due to cost.
