on UK Columbia Original Blue/Silver label SAX 2381-84
Description: The records are housed in a box in decent but worn condition - it has splits to two of the eight corners and some wear to edges and corners. However it is clean, strong and sound with a legible spine, though the gold lettering is fading.
Internally, the box is very clean, and it still contains the original cardboard padding insert plus two cardboard and two tissue record separator inserts. The records themselves are all housed in poly-lined inners.
The set has been little used, and the vinyl is in generally excellent condition showing original lustre and no significant marks. Labels are bright with no obvious spindle marks in evidence, suggesting minimal play. They play very well, with just some occasional very light background crackle in places, probably the result of dust / static build-up - as with most records of this vintage, they might benefit from cleaning on professional grade equipment just to remove the many years of dust build-up.
I have included several photographs - please be sure to look at them all to satisfy yourselves of condition.
Overall: this is a fine version of this recoording - I'd guess that this might be professionally graded at (cover / vinyl) VG / EX / EX / EX / EX
