1961 Columbia stereo recording on blue/silver label catalogue number SAX 2432. Bartok: Music for String Instruments, Percussion and Celesta. Hindemith: Symphony "Mathis Der Maler". Herbert von Karajan conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra,
The disc is clean and shiny with no visible faults. Side 1 – no audible faults. Side 2, track 1 has 7 very light non-intrusive ticks. The sleeve is scruffy with unsightly corner damage and 1cm splits at top and bottom.
