COVER IS EX- (no tears, no splits, only light storage wear on top front - see picture)

I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)
My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
