On offer is The Lp - Debussy - La Mer and Nocturnes - Carlo Maria Guilini conducting The Philharmonia Orchestra.
1962 Blue/Silver Label Stereo Pressing on the Columbia Records Label - SAX 2463.
Side 1: La Mer.
Side 2: Nocturnes.
Vinyl - Ex - There are a few small hairlines visible although other than this the record looks as though it has been barely played and the surface still has a lovely sheen.
It plays with a lovely Deep Rich Stereo sound and Plays excellent throughout with only occasional light static crackle and a few small ticks heard in places, I find this is common on pressings of this age even where the playing surfaces are still in as excellent a condition as this one, and it detracts very little from the excellent sound and enjoyment of the record, nothing major - no skips, jumps etc.
Even though the vinyl is in Excellent condition it would probably benefit from a professional clean due to it's age.
Sleeve - Ex - Provided in the Original Sleeve as pictured which has some age related wear although nothing major as can be seen in the pics.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Please note: A mid range technics turntable was used to play test the Record - Results may vary on Inferior or Superior quality playback equipment.
