Description
2 LP set on Columbia Records, SAX 2473/4. Otto Klemperer conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra and Chorus in Mahler's Symphony No.2 in C minor ("Resurrection"), with soprano Elisabeth Schwarzkopf and mezzo-soprano Hilde Rossl-Majdan. The LPs are in very good condition. There is a light scratch across the first centimetre of the first side of record one, which also has a barely noticeable hairsbreadth scratch across the side, and another small and very light one about a centimetre long roughly a third of the way through. The other three sides are in excellent condition. The cover is in very good condition, with slight creases on the cover, and fading and grubbiness to the back covers from age. There is a very slight tear on the back cover sleeve of the second record, around about the Set of 2 Record 2 box. Postage costs include safe and secure LP packaging. Payment is through Paypal.
