DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: tear to the paper (not the card) on rear bottom left, otherwise lovely..nice and clean..edges sharp..laminate tight: VG

INNER: Lovely..nice crisp, fresh feel to it..no marks or seam splits: EX+

VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' surface hairlines...plays beautifully with just a little surface static occasionally...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
