Lesser-known recordings by Son House, taped in 1964 or ’65 (the jacket gives 1965; Blues Records 1943-1970 gives Rochester, NY, 1964, which would place these recordings before House's Columbia "rediscovery" album), and by the Louisiana blues singer-guitarist Robert Pete Williams, taped in 1966. The first release in Roots Records' limited-edition Special Series. To the best of the seller's knowledge none of this material is available elsewhere.
