Year:  1954

Condition:   This record was played somewhat sparingly by its original owner, but there are condition issues that require a grade of VG-, notably several hairline scuffs on “True Love” that produce a series of audible ticks midway through the song, and several cosmetic marks that are more cosmetic than audible.  There is a light surface noise throughout on both sides, that may be a characteristic of the vinyl used in the pressing but that are noticeable and slightly distracting.  That said, the record is overall quite listenable, and there are no loud pops, skips, or jumps.  The b-side “Cry Baby” is free of any serious marks and plays to a grade of VG+. 

Labels are clean with almost no wear.  

This record is far from perfect, but would seem to be a nice item for the collector who needs to fill a hole in the collection or simply wants to own it at a reasonable price.  Please listen to the sound clips that have not been modified or altered in any way.
