SCHEHERAZADE - RCA Shaded Dog STEREO LSC-2446 TAS

Description:

SCHEHERAZADE - RCA Shaded Dog STEREO LSC-2446 TAS *

*This album appears on legendary audiophile Harry Pearson's The Absolute Sound (TAS) list.

Title: Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade

Artists: Fritz Reiner conducts Chicago Symphony Orchestra / Sidney Harth, violin solo

Vinyl: Both sides VG+++ and boasts much of its original shine, gloss and luster. There are slight surface marks on the faces that do not affect play.

Label:  RCA / # LSC-2446 / STEREO / Shaded Dog

Stampers: SIDE 1 14S / SIDE 2 11S

Cover: Near Mint, still in shrink, strong spine with no tears, bends, fading or overall discoloring. Shows the slightest of wear along the top and open edge.

An exceptional find from a 1000+ LP collection I acquired from of a local church music director. Due to the vast amount of records, most of the LPs were never played by the owner and were maintained throughout in a smoke and pet free environment.
