You are bidding on wonderful and original 1st press GATEFOLD vinyl LP record by Scott Walker on the early black/sliver PHILIPS label from 1969.
This is the 6mm wide back spine issue in lovely condition.
This is a super rare and hard to find 60s beat music album
with 1st press 1Y/2Y run off matrix. This comes straight from my own collection.

Brief Scott Walker History :-
Scott Walker (Noel Scott Engel) is an American singer who has lived and worked in England since 1965. Originally discovered by Eddie Fisher and cast as a late-50s teen idol under his real name, he formed The Walker Brothers in the early ’60s and performed Phil Spector-influenced ballads. In 1967 the band broke up and Scott (taking the band’s name for his own) began a solo career.

THIS GATEFOLD SLEEVE IS IN VG ++/EX CONDITION. WITH SOME VERY LIGHT HANDLING AND MINOR FRONT CREASING. THIS IS THE EARLY HIGH GLOSS LAMINATED ISSUE. IT HAS A BRIGHT A SHARP 6MM WIDE BACK SPINE AND THE TITLE TEXT IS CLEAR TO READ. IT IS A GARROD & LOFTHOUSE PRINTED SLEEVE. COMES COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL PLAIN INNER SLEEVE. OVER ALL A SHARP AND TIDY CONDITION SLEEVE.

THE EARLY HEAVY WEIGHT VINYL IS IN VG++/EX CONDITION. ONE OR TWO VERY VERY MINOR SURFACE SCUFFS. TWO CLEAN BLACK MATT LABELS AND WITH PRINTED CENTRE TEXT (1,2,3, Miracle Songs. 4,5, Carlin Music Corp. 6. Flamingo Music.). THE VINYL HAS A BRIGHT AND SHARP SURFACE SHEEN.
