This rare UK 1st press is on the plain black Philips label. It is complete with the earliest 6308035 1Y/1 - 2Y/1 matrix and the earliest matt gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. It has a sensational gloss, there is no whitening or signs of wear to the grooves, there are just a couple of light wispy marks on both sides. The original Philips label is exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear.
The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and warm. Superb clarity and audio separation from start to finish. It is not completely silent, there is some very light background noise but certainly nothing that spoils the enjoyment of this album at any point.
The matt gatefold sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The colours are rich and warm and the picture is sharp. There is just a little light corner and edge wear. The inside of the sleeve is superb and the rear of the sleeve is completely clean and bright and the whole sleeve is solid.
