This rare UK 1st press is on the the plain black Philips label. It is complete with the very earliest 844202 1Y/1 - 2Y/1 matrix and the original fully laminated sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition. It has a bright gloss, there is no whitening or signs of wear to the grooves, there are just a couple of small marks and a few wipsy hairlines. The original Philips label is exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear.
The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is rich and warm. Very Good clarity and audio separation from start to finish. Just light background noise in places and a couple of clicks on the marks. These do not significantly spoil the vinyl, it is still enjoyable throughout.
The laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The laminate has the most sensational mirrored shine. The greys and blacks are bold, the text is crisp and the image is perfect. There is just the very slightest opening edge and corner wear. The rear of the sleeve is superb, completely clean and bright. The spine has clear text.
