ROLLIN' DYNAMITE

In his days after leaving Gene Vincent's backing group The Blue Caps, Scotty McKay set out on a solo career cutting many records, for many different labels.

This single was the first of them, and many consider it to be his greatest. It's a rockabilly number called "Rollin' Dynamite" and is one of the earliest releases on Parkway Records. Even Chubby Checker was new to the label with his debut appearing on #804. This is #806.

THIS IS THE REAL THING – NOT A REPRO 45 – GUARANTEED ! How in the world did this master which came from a little label in Maine, wind up on a start-up label down in Philadelphia ? This one's flipped with "Evenin' Time."
