Limited Edition Hologram Cover.
Signed by David Yow, Rey Washam and David Wm. Sims on the Back Cover.
Scratch Acid One-Sheet Included (has been abused, but still very cool).
Touch And Go Folded Insert Included (excellent condition).
Super Awesomeness Included (eternal).


Record = EX (very light wear)

Cover = VG+ (corner rubs & light dings, some light creasing along the edges, weird bit on the lower right of the hologram, upper part of the hologram is coming loose - could be glued, some minor indentations, signed by three band members)
