The Good News!

Grading the vinyl visually, it is a very well preserved  (strong) VG++ with some superficial handling marks.  We don’t use EX grade so it’s a grade below NM-.  The Okeh Sleeve has a few small tears and crease marks.

 

The Bad News!

Sadly, there is heavy, visible damage (FAIR) on both sides of the label (see pics).
