The vinyl is in VG++ condition with just one light hairline scuff that does not affect playback. The vinyl is very clean other than that.
The sleeve is in Excellent (EX) condition. Very nice.
The fanzine is in great condition. See pictures for details. An overall nice copy of this rare record!
