The Self Contained Unit were a crew from Baltimore that consisted of producer Jay Funk, Shahid and Master S. They came out with a bang in 1996 with the Ware Da Son Don't Shyne / Murder 1 / 123... ?(12") that is now highly sought after and expensive. In 1998 they released the Brace Yo Delf CD which was only pressed in very limited numbers. Newly formed Belgian hip-hop label Hip-Hop Enterprise is proud to present you its first release, the S.C.U. - Brace Yo Delf (20th Anniversary Edition) on both vinyl and CD. The elpee will be limited to 300 pieces on vinyl and will include all the tracks of their classic Ware Da Son Don't Shyne / Murder 1 / 123 12" originally released in 1996 as a bonus!
