PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. Thank you for your interest and support. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SHIPPING: USA ~ 1 LP $4.00 Media; 2-4 discs $5.00; .50 each additional disc Priority rates vary by area; please inquire. ?????AMAZINGLY ***STILL SEALED*** *BEST* COPY FOUND IN YEARS .... It's near perfect
Getting plenty hard to find, 1970 original U.S. first pressing of the killer British underground trio that made two collectible albums -- arguably "Forms & Feelings" the better of the two and highly worth the ride you get: 'fasten your seatbelts'...
A British blues-rock band of the late '60s that, despite being excellent, would normally be relegated to underground rock cult status if it were not for the fact that the lead guitarist of this trio was the soon-to-be-famous Dave Edmunds. Like many similar bands of the times, the guitar trio Love Sculpture was really a showpiece for Edmunds' guitar-playing talents. The tunes are well-chosen, and more than slightly revved-up versions of blues classics. They had a U.K. hit in 1968 with the classical piece "Sabre Dance," rearranged for fire-blitzing guitar. Love Sculpture is a hoot to listen to, and Edmunds, full of youthful bravado and dazzling technique, certainly knows his way up and down a fret board, sometimes playing right off it...
It can be more than a pleasant surprise when first hearing "Forms And Feelings" -- Dave Edmunds' fast, fluid and energetic guitar leads; articulating each and every note with dexterity, skill and passion may even floor the listener. At the time few could believe that a guitarist from the 60's could play this fast and well! The Lp includes "Mars" which was not allowed on the CD version because of a problem with copyright laws ; it's inclusion on the U.S. album fits in nicely with the rest of the songs, with it's trippy sound and remarkable ending, segueing into the ridiculously fast, 11-minute plus version of "Sabre Dance" -- to hear the tight and powerful ending to the song may leave you breathless!
In the Land of the Few 3:55 Seagull 3:28 Nobody's Talking 3:37 Why (How Now) 7:42 Farandole 3:42 You Can't Catch Me 3:25 People People 3:23 Mars (from "The Planets") 1:58 Sabre Dance 11:12
