Description

This listing is for the 2021 Release of The Shangri-Las 2 LP Set titled:  The Shangri-Las The Best Of The Red Bird And Mercury Recordings.  This was released on transparent smoked-clear vinyl and the original Red Bird and Mercury labels were licensed to be used on the records of this 2 LP set.  This set contains Stereo and Mono tracks.  It should be noted that the original spoken intro to "Remember (Walkin' In The Sand)" which was left off of the original release back in 1964 was restored and put back on the beginning for this release.  The alternate take of "Right Now And Not Later" was remastered and included on this set.  The 1st Run-Through Take of the track "Paradise" is also included on this set with just the lead vocals and orchestration and it sounds amazing.  There is also a large 4 page insert of liner notes which gives info on the group, the tracks and also the people associated with the group and label at that time.  Shipping in the U.S. is $5.69.  If you would like INS. on this, let me know and I will check the rates at the P.O. which go according to your Zip.
