A rare SEALED copy of Phil Spector's legendary Christmas record, entitled A Christmas Gift For You From Philles Records, from 1963. There are plenty of reissues and CDs of this great album, but this is the real thing - from 1963, in glorious MONO!
As you can see from the photos, the shrink wrap is still on this record, although partially gone in several places. I have had this record in my collection for nearly 40 years, and I was careful to ensure that the shrink wrap remained intact over the open end of the album cover -- which means this record has never seen the light of day from the time it was sealed in 1963! The disc is MINT! There is ring wear on the front cover, which is clearly visible in the photos, but hardly any on the back cover. And of course much of the yellowing will disappear if you choose to remove the shrink wrap. Please note that the light in the photos gives a yellow tone to the cover which is not actually there. The first photo of the front cover gives a better characterization of the actual look of the cover.
