THE RECORD IS UNOPENED AND WILL BE PERFECT MINT. THE COVER IS NEAR MINT MINUS IN SHRINK WRAP. THERE IS A 1' INCH TEAR IN THE SHRINK AND THE TINIEST OF A NUB ON THE TWO LOWER CORNERS.
