This is a Factory Sealed original looking Colgems Mono LP with the old style paste-on back cover. The cover is in EXCELLENT condition with no splits and no tears. The shrink is wrapped very tightly which has caused some folding along the back of the top edge, and the corners are lightly folded as well.
