Still factory sealed.  Unopened and unplayed.  Original 1991 US first pressing, NOT the 2012 reissue.  This is obvious by the barcode on the bottom right corner of the back cover.  The 1991 pressing has dashes in the barcode, the 2012 reissue does not.
