This is the original black and white gatefold wrap-around cover (not insert paper) as documented in the "From The Benjamin Franklin Studios" book (4th Edition) on page 30.

Per The Book:
"Originally issued in a black and white fold around sleeve and re-issued as "The Wizard" on green vinyl, in a proper two colour sleeve as a faux Amazing Kornyphone release with copied Kornyphone labels. In between these two it appeared in a plethora of insert covers with the same labels as the Rock Folders release." Side Note:......[later] insert copies had an added logo for the "Original Stamper Series."
