Insurance is always recomended but only required on amounts greater than $100.00. Deevinyls will NOT be responsible for uninsured lost or damaged records or items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Purchases totaling less than $50.00 can be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (The most affordable method), only if buyer has 100 transactions as a buyer and no more than 1 negative feedback in the last six months. Deevinyls IS NOT responsible for arrival times, lost and/or damaged items that were shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. If you have less than 100 buyer transactions your items must ship USPS Express International Mail. Insurance is REQUIRED on all USPS Express International shipping when a purchace exceed $100.00. If you order multiple items I WILL combine shipping for you, but you must notify me that you will be bidding on multiple items, especially when not all auctions are ending on the same day.
If you do not have a PAYPAL account but have 200 or more buyer transactions and a feedback rating of 99.5% or better please contact me and we'll talk about making an exception. However, I do NOT take personal checks. Otherwise, all payments must be made using PAYPAL and must be received NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS AFTER AUCTIONS END. I will contact you on the sixth day if I have not received your payment. If I don't hear from you by the end of day seven I will relist the item you won. However, I will NOT leave negative feedback. If something comes up or you forget please notify me before day seven comes to an end. It's surprising how cooperative people can be when folks are up front and honest about their situation. My ebay philosophy is as follows; Negative feedback begets negative feedback and should only be used in situations where someone has been blatently negligent .
