PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
INSANELY RARE private pressing chock full of jazzy, funky electro-soul dancers and steppers from 1984 on the tiny little Mae-Monti label from right here in Chicago (owned and operated, presumably, by Isaac "Redd" Holt) with original title sticker in the top left hand corner on the front cover with five featured track titles!!! LP is STILL SEALED and stone mint. To sweeten the deal even more, this particular copy includes an ULTRA RARE original glossy black & white 10" X 8" publicity photo with the band's two contact phone numbers at the bottom(!). Only one VG+ copy for sale on Discogs and it's $350.00. Only one copy of this LP has even come up for auction in the last three years and that was an opened copy in March of 2024 according to Popsike so don't sleep electro-soul collectors. It will most likely be a lot longer before another copy surfaces and it almost certainly won't still be sealed and include a rare original publicity photo. This is as good as it gets. Nuff said.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
