• The record is in good used condition

• The back sticker hasn't been removed so that concerns its sealed and it has never been played

• The front bottom sticker has some light discoloration stains from being aging and stored as well

• Cover is in near mint shape. Some light normal scratches on the plastic sleeve from being stored

• One small plastic rip on the upper corner of the plastic sleeve
