Description
Title: Bridge Over Troubled Water
Catalog Number: KCS-9914
Label: Columbia
Cover: Factory Sealed
Record(s): Factory Sealed
Beautiful factory sealed original issue (catalog number) from 1970. Originals had both "2-eye" and new orange labels as the Columbia changed labels in 1970, so no guarantee of either. The corners look terrific and sharp except for the lower mouth corner which has just a bit of wear. A small piece of shrink is missing at the corner but is tight all around the spot.
An amazing copy of Simon and Garfunkel's swan song, includes the title classic and "Cecilia," "El Candor Pasa (I'd Rather Be A Hammer Than A Nail)" and "The Boxer." Essential.
About Me:
I am first and foremost a collector. I have been collecting and enjoying recorded music on vinyl since 1973. I know how to grade. You will not see a lot of NM grades because it is a very high standard. EX+ iis the highest end of the spectrum of Goldmine’s VG+ grading and will normally delight any serious collector. Unfortunately, overgrading is epidemic on ebay, requiring buyers to “do the math” in their head to estimate an actual grade. My grades are solid and satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you have any questions about a record’s condition or issue/edition, please ask. I will answer all.
An EX record (true VG+) will satisfy music lovers who want to enjoy the music without distraction.
I only sell collectible albums (VG+ or better) and I grade strictly using a halogen lamp. Anything that doesn’t meet the grade goes in the garbage. I don’t want it. You don’t want it. No need to hold on to it.
