Customer Service and Shipping Details:Please don't hesitate to email Sweet Melissa Records with any questions or requests for additional photos. We strive to document each item's condition thoroughly and accurately. Our goal is to please our customers; communication is encouraged! From our end, we request that payment be received within three business days. We prefer to ship Priority, and will ship media with delivery confirmation for a slight additional fee.
**ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS**
We will ship anywhere in the world BUT we encourage PRIORITY as the method of shipping. Priority shipping provides you with fast service and the ability to track a package, Priority or Express is favored method of shipping. Should you not select Priority, we charge a slight fee for delivery confirmation. Please Note: We are not responsible for customs in other countries. We are not responsible for taxes or tariffs — if you are interested in this item, please check with your country prior to bidding.
We package our items to the very same standards that we as collectors have grown to expect. Due to their fragility and age, 78's require extra shipping material, adding slightly to their weight. Every item will be double-boxed with bubble wrap. Again, these items are very fragile, and as collectors ourselves, we hope to ensure that they arrive to our buyers' homes in the same condition as they left.
We work hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that we retain 100% Customer Satisfaction. Please email us prior to leaving feedback should you not be satisfied.
